• Design Offer: 50% discount on 3D design fee

4.4. Project from 300-500 million (200-300m2)

• Design offer: Free 3D design

  • Air conditioner cleaning and gas refill service (worth 1,950,000 VND)
  • Office plant package (worth 2 million VND)
  • Illuminated logo set
• Service: 3 inspections and maintenance sessions within the first 6 months

4.5. Project from 500-700 million (300-450m2)

• Design offer: Free 3D design
• Gift: Choose 1 of 3 packages
  • 32-inch TCL TV
  • Office plant package worth 5 million VND
  • 1 Wall art print
• Service:
  • 3 inspections and maintenance sessions within the first 6 months
  • Scheduled air conditioner cleaning and gas check after 3 months of operation

4.6. Projects from 700 million and up

• Gifts: Value increases with project scale (e.g. Sony TV, premium green tree package, sofa set)
• Design offer: Free 3D design and technical documents (for projects from 1.8 billion)
• Support: Direct consultation and quotation by the Managing Director

5. Promotion application process

• Timi Design will consult and propose suitable design and construction options.
• A detailed quotation will be sent, along with information on applicable offers.
• Customer confirms the proposed plan and offer.
• A contract will be signed, clearly stating the promotional terms.
