Warranty Policy

Objective: This warranty policy is designed to ensure the quality of the construction, equipment and services provided by Timi Office, and to bring peace of mind to customers during the usage period. We are committed to maintaining and repairing construction items during the warranty period, to ensure the quality and durability of the construction.

1. Warranty scope

2. Warranty conditions

  • The warranty is effective from the date of handover of the project and is confirmed by the acceptance report.
  • Customers must properly maintain the project according to Timi Office’s instructions, and must not arbitrarily repair or replace equipment.
  • Warranty does not apply to damage caused by:
    • Misuse, overload, excessive external force, natural disaster, fire, or customer-initiated repairs.
    • Natural wear and tear parts such as light bulbs, batteries, etc.
    • Damage caused by insects or animals.
    • Errors arising from the customer’s failure to provide proper storage conditions.

3. Warranty process

  1. Notice: Customers contact Timi Office via hotline, email or directly at the office to notify about the incident, provide the contract number and describe the problem in detail.
  2. Reception: The warranty department will receive the information, record full information about the incident and customer contact information.
  3. Handle:
    • Within 24 working hours, the technical team will contact the customer to confirm the information and schedule an inspection.
    • The technical team will come to the scene to inspect and determine the cause of the problem.
    • After determining the cause, the technical team will proceed to fix the problem as soon as possible, no later than 72 working hours from the date of receiving the notification.
  4. Completion: After completing the repair, the customer will sign the acceptance report.
  5. Complaints: If the customer is not satisfied with the processing results, they can complain to the customer service department.

4. After-sales service

  • Regular Inspections: We will conduct regular free site inspections (frequency) to promptly detect and correct potential problems.
  • Consulting: Provide free consulting on maintenance, upgrading and repair of works.
  • Promotion: Customers will receive promotions when using Timi Office’s upgrade and expansion services.

6. General Terms

  • This policy may be amended without prior notice. The latest version will be updated on the Timi Office website.
  • In case of any dispute arising, the two parties will seek an amicable solution together. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the provisions of Vietnamese law.
